Description
The 5-axis machining center stands out as one of the high-efficiency, multifunctional solutions provided by Qifa Corporation. This machine tool features all-around machining capabilities, allowing processing on five different faces in a single clamping operation, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
- High-Rigidity Roller Guideways: The X and Y axes utilize high-load, high-precision, low-friction roller linear guideways. Combined with multiple sliders, this design increases the machine's load capacity, ensuring feed rigidity and maintaining machining accuracy and longevity over extended periods.
- High-Rigidity Gantry Structure Design: Featuring high-rigidity columns and a widened, reinforced dual-beam base, this structure provides excellent rigidity and vibration damping performance. It delivers outstanding chip removal efficiency and high machining precision.
- Optimized Structure with FEA Finite Element Analysis: Using finite element analysis (FEA) software, the dynamic simulation and structural analysis identify deformation and stress distribution. This enables an optimized structural design that meets users' demands for high precision and rigidity.

- C-Axis Rotation: The C-axis can rotate ±185 degrees with a standard division angle of 5 degrees.
- Advanced C-Axis Options: Standard 5-degree indexing, with an optional 0.001-degree division for independent system indexing.
